Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 1:00pm (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same working day.

Orders placed after 1:00pm, or on weekends and UK bank holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day.

UK Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom using Royal Mail.

Our delivery options are:

• Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 48): £3.50
  Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days

• Express Delivery (Royal Mail 24): £5.50
  Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days

• Special Delivery (Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed): £9.99
  Next working day delivery (guaranteed by Royal Mail)

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Dispatch & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information (where applicable).

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed (unless using Special Delivery).

While we always aim to dispatch orders promptly, delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect address being provided.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at daniel@brasshanger.co.uk and we'll do everything we can to help resolve the issue with Royal Mail.

International Shipping

At present, we only ship within the United Kingdom.

We hope to offer international shipping in the future. If you're based outside the UK and are interested in an item, please get in touch and we'll do our best to help.
